💡With over 2 million lights, we've incorporated several all-new magical light displays. One of our favorites is our new 62 foot MEGA Christmas tree. You can also enjoy all of your favorite features, such as the Funky Tree, the Meadow Show choreographed to music, and so many more. Guests can also ride our Khicha Family Carousel for $3 a token, visit Santa any night through December 23rd, and stop by one of our many concession stands for snacks and beverages that will be available for purchase (adult drinks will be available for purchase by Bar on Demand as well).
Over 2500 square feet--room to spread out in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own mini split ac/heat units— you decide how warm or cool you want it! Spacious dining room, expansive kitchen, and not one, but two living rooms. The main floor living room features a smart TV and plenty of seating for guests. The upstairs living room is all about fun, with a large 65" smart TV, plenty of seating with a bartop and barstools seated around one-of-a-kind metal games for guests to enjoy.

Two outdoor entertainment areas--a front porch with porch swing and wicker furniturer and a back yard pergola with seating for 6. Additional lawn chairs provided.

Riverside is unlike any other community. From 1890's Victorians to Turn of the Century Bungalows, to Mid Century Moderns it has it all. Neighbors are among the friendliest I have ever encountered. Riverside is truly something to be experienced.

A local favorite is Songbird Juice company 1 block east of house...great for healthy açaí bowls and smoothies!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
